Forte built out Burgr at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, a Gordon Ramsay concept on the Strip. Celebrity-branded restaurants carry a higher level of scrutiny, with finishes and kitchen performance tied directly to the name on the door. The project was delivered inside an operating resort corridor, around guests and adjacent tenants.
