Forte built out Carbone at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, bringing one of the most recognized names in American dining to the Strip. Restaurant construction at this level is an exercise in matching the designer's intent detail for detail while standing up a commercial kitchen that has to perform from the first service. The work was completed inside an operating resort on an opening-date schedule.
