Cascade Custom Luxury Home in The Summit Club Las Vegas

Cascade is a 13,500-square-foot contemporary estate in The Summit, built for longtime commercial clients who wanted a home with the precision of a luxury resort and a setting worthy of a blue-chip art collection. Working with architect Brett Robillard and interior designer TAL Studio, Forte served as the owners' single point of contact from preconstruction through delivery, bringing constructibility into the design process to save time and budget without compromising intent. The steel-framed home was built to quarter-inch tolerances throughout. Polished stone walls, quarried locally and finished in Italy, float independently of their integrated stainless steel. Book-matched slabs are centered precisely on every room, and travertine joints align within a sixteenth of an inch from the interior out to the pool deck. The result is a Summit Club residence overlooking the golf course, where stone, silk, and stainless steel meet with no margin for error.
