Hell's Kitchen Hospitality Construction at Caesars Palace

For the Hell's Kitchen flagship Las Vegas Strip restaurant, Forte was brought in to execute a design-heavy vision on a tight budget without compromising its integrity. Our design-build and value-engineering expertise produced creative solutions throughout the process. An all millwork ceiling was reimagined as metal stud framing finished in a wood-grain wall covering, while real wood stayed at eye level. Solid brass divider screens were fabricated in-house from aluminum with a custom powder coat that matches brass. We also installed two tons of Italian stone on the main floor, along with water jet cut metal panels and a mosaic tile flame behind the display kitchen. Construction wrapped in just 14 weeks, taking place directly on Las Vegas Boulevard with no staging room, so every delivery had to arrive exactly on schedule. At peak, 80 tradesmen worked on site daily. By self-performing framing, drywall, plaster, tape, paint, and wall covering with our 150+ person team, Forte kept the schedule and budget under control from start to finish.
