Sunset Decatur Commercial Project

Sunset Decatur is a ±193,300-square-foot mixed-use flex and distribution project in Las Vegas built by Forte as the industrial and commercial contractor. Designed to support office, showroom, warehouse, manufacturing, and assembly uses, the project is located near Sunset Road and Decatur Boulevard with immediate access to I-215. It includes twelve structures, up to fifteen industrial units, dock and grade-level loading, and ±24-foot to ±32-foot clear heights.
