We build the extraordinary.

Forté Specialty Contractors

A new kind of contractor.

Forté is a Las Vegas general contractor providing complete construction services for projects ranging from luxury residential estates, restaurants and nightclubs, to museum exhibits and themed, experiential venues.

We assemble talented teams to create spaces and structures that are more than just builds, they’re entire experiences. We take ownership of the entire process, which assures every project is delivered with unmatched integrity of design, commitment to quality, and stewardship of budget.

We start with the end in mind.

Each build operates with a smaller, more focused, and strategically hands-on team. This cohesive structure allows us to target superior workmanship and economical solutions. As an established and reputable general contractor, the Forté team removes layers of administration and costly mark-ups associated with dependence on numerous subcontractors.

A different owner-contractor relationship.

Our success is built on innovation, quality, safety, service, and teamwork. We believe there is always a way to achieve our client’s requests, no matter how big or small, so our core focus is making the effort to build exceptional projects and strengthen client relationships.

Furthering the design.

We offer owner representation to guarantee the effective planning and execution of complex projects on everything from design build to being your remodeling contractor. As a Las Vegas general contractor, we will work seamlessly with your selcted designer, or we can introduce interior design firms with specialty experience aligned to your project.

Our History

Three generations of excellence.

Forté Specialty Contractors assembles talented teams not to build spaces and structures, but to create entire experiences. Unlike most in the field, we take ownership of the entire process, which assures owners a project delivered with unsurpassed integrity of design, commitment to quality and stewardship of budget.

A Vision Comes to Life

Scott Acton founded Forte as a Las Vegas general contractor in 2010 with a clear vision to change how specialty construction was delivered. In an early moment of inspiration, he wrote one word on a napkin – Forté – as the foundation of that idea. His goal was to build a fully self performing contractor that didn’t just act as a general contractor but integrated core services like general contracting, steel framing, finishes, and fabrication under one roof to meet the complex demands of experiential theming, hospitality, and luxury residential projects. Drawing on his family’s long history of experience in manufacturing and creative construction, Scott built Forté to serve clients who needed highly specialized work handled seamlessly from design through execution.

15 Years of Extraordinary Builds

Celebrating a milestone of fifteen years, that single word on a napkin has evolved into a body of work that speaks for itself. What began as a vision to self perform and control quality at every level became a steady rhythm of successful builds across hospitality, themed environments, commercial spaces, and luxury residences. Project after project, Forte refined its craft, expanded its capabilities, and strengthened its team, proving that integration of general contracting, steel framing, finishes, and fabrication was not just a strategy, but a competitive advantage. Fifteen years in, the portfolio tells the story: complex projects delivered with precision, creativity brought to life, and long-term relationships built on trust and performance.
