Our team of over 150 employees is made of skilled craftsmen which makes all the difference in our work. This makes it possible to eliminate the need for various subcontractors through the use of our own resources, increasing efficiency and project delivery. Our team self-performs framing, drywall, taping, painting, plastering, and stone and tile installation under one division of Forte.
We employ new and innovative technologies at every opportunity to further increase efficiency and pass on further cost-savings to our clients. In the planning phases of a project, we spend significant time creating mock-ups, details, and samples for our clients to review. Some of this is even done through our state-of-the-art 3D printer, one of the largest west of the Mississippi. With this technology, we are innovating in the construction industry, allowing us to create small-scale models of projects, single part molds, themed elements that would traditionally be hand-carved, and in-house tooling. Additionally, we have a new frame CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) system which sets us apart in the industry. This technology allows us to build homes in a modular fashion, constructing with unprecedented persuasion and faster than any other luxury home builder.
