Forte completed Momofuku’s first restaurant on the West Coast at The Cosmopolitan in an unprecedented time frame of 16 weeks. The 200 seat restaurant, previously a retail space, had no infrastructure to support bars and an exhibition kitchen. Prior to starting construction, Forte provided 3 weeks of demolition services and was instrumental in leading a value engineering effort that reduced the project costs by 25%.
