Forté delivered Momofuku’s first West Coast location at The Cosmopolitan in just 16 weeks, transforming a former retail space into a fully operational, 200-seat restaurant with multiple bars and an exhibition kitchen. With no existing infrastructure to support food and beverage operations, the project required extensive demolition and strategic coordination before construction began. Forté completed three weeks of preconstruction demolition and led a value engineering initiative that reduced overall project costs by 25 percent. Designed by Design Agency and architected by Marnell Architecture, the build reflects Forté’s ability to execute complex hospitality construction on accelerated timelines without compromising quality.
